Our flat has 4 sizes of flats **, **, ** and ** sq. ft. Calculation of AMC on common amenities are now on sq. ft. basis. we need to change to Hybrid model. Is it possible to implement on this basis.Definitely smaller size flat owners will be benefitted by paying less based on the size of the flat for common facilities.

I am just married one year before, we have 2 months male baby, now my wife is in mother in law house , she forced to me come with her house, but my father and mother and sister depend on me, i am also not interested , as a father what is the rights to my child, her family is very poor family , is it any possible to get my child if she will not come
