Do a constable policeman has the authority? Qn. What should i do if a constable policeman tells me to come to the station on the way? should I go if a just constable call me to the police station? (at night 8 pm i was talking on the bike with my ** on the road side, the two constables came throw questions .they takes a photo his phone we both. And ask house ours cell number for inform to the relation, we are not give number and they questions again.. at last was only after questions they realized i had drink a little beer. Then they asked me to come to the station and grabbed my bike. They demanded all of my license.). does an constable have the right to question me like this and take me to the police station? if so who in power and what should I do? Tenant eviction Qn. I am a * year old person from . gave my shop on rental to a person for tailoring.He paid the rent for the last time in through .From he stopped paying current bills also.So I tried to call him to warn him about these things but he didn't pickup the phone then.So I locked the shop in having no other option and sent him an sms to meet me, vacate the shop and pay the outstanding rent. He then came to and blackmailed me that if I didn't give him the shop back, he would harrass me through police. As I didn't give hime the shop, he gave a wrong complaint against me in police station in but police said him to pay rent first and then do anything in court or in the presence of elders.Suddenly on ** he tried to break the lock of the shop. I heard the noise, called the police and video recorded it and next day filed a complaint against him on which till date no action was taken. I am losing 2 yrs of rent.
