NOC when moved to a different state for more than 1 year Qn. Sir, I've a registration car brought to 6 months back.I was checked in South near and was stopped by a traffic policamen .They asked for NOC which I don't have and given them 1000 Rs as I was in a hurry to go.They told you will not get stopped them anywhere in for some time if I give 1000 Rs.In fact this car was bought (,) and registered 10 years back in my name in only.And then 3 years back when I moved to which is my native state, when I chnaged my job .I re-registered Car in then and I didn't refund the road tax paid in .Now for job purpose again I had to come again with this registered Car(KA).I will be here in for another 1 or 2 years for job purpose.What I have to do as per vehicle law in this case to avoid unnecessary fines hereafter?
