Solution for conflict of interest with present Employer for starting my own E Commerce micro business Qn. I am working as a project manager (Age 42,Full time permanent) in Telecom pvt company . Want to start my own E commerce based Micro business (garments), but clause of present employment contract (given below) hinders me. Being divorced & parents expired, I cannot opt for these options. Also dont want to start business in someone else's name, later to be successful & risk not actually owning it myself. Want constructive suggestions so I can start on registration asap. I have discussed this with my reporting manager & he suggested me to start in any other name of relative but i dont trust them. Inherent Property from step mother Qn. I have a situation with my step mother who has taken all my fathers possessions who had just passed away. The reason I’m looking for help is because my grandfather inheritance came right after my dad passed and the money was not for my step mother but she took the entire amount and had a lawyer send a letter to say to not contact her.
